Please join Alicia Cronbach from Cronbach Law Group PC for a day of learning about the many facets of trade practice. Spoiler alert: It is more than ‘things of value’, although the course will spend time on that too. This class focuses on the legal boundaries of marketing, promotion, and sales practices in the alcoholic beverage industry. From understanding Tied House restrictions to guidance on compliant marketing, events, sponsorships and more, students will come away with a better understanding of industry best practices and current enforcement trends.
